What are you planning for Winter 07/08 Mods

Postby bucky685 » Wed Nov 28, 2007 9:11 am

We'll its that time of year again! What does everyone have planned to do to your bike this winter?

I am breaking my bike down for paint so i can bring it to paintertom in the beginning of January.
Getting my new custom cam cover powder coated.
And if i got time and money powder coating my wheels "black chrome"

So post up what you got planned for this winter on your bike or car...

Here is a concept picture of what i want it to look like after tom gets done with it....Thanks again for answering my questions, and me being so indecisive!!

Funny you mentioned HotRod ...
I just picked up on an exact duplicate of my very first car ..
So I guess that will be planned for the winter months ...

I really have a thing for this 75 Monte Carlo ..
First was to clean up the old Rally Wheels after sitting 15 years
Replacing the rubber and searching for parts ,,

And A SHOUT OUT !! I'm looking for a knob Radio (Cassette Player)Prefer a Pioneer Supertuner II or III
could be a Digital Spark-O-Matic .. Kraco ,, Radio Shack ... Any of those would be great ...

Now to put the pudding on top of the cake, An After Market 8 Track would rule
Then I can break out the 8 Track Tapes AND the 8 Track to Cassette Converter :D

I'll put up a post for all other Parts I'm in search of ......
But thats pretty much my Winter Project ... The bike sucked up alot of cash in the past year
and really don't need a thing but to be riden ...

Like to see them on the bike ....

Is that a denim finish or just from the wet sanding process
and in between coats of clear ?

Looks like you got that photochop color pretty damned close :D

The picture take is with inner clear and silver pin striping. There will be a final clear and buff.. So it will be shiney.
